I haven't heard anything about people in medical states getting recommendations for ADHD but as long as the bill doesn't legally restrict cannabis to specific conditions it's between you and your doctor. You might have better luck if you try to get your card for bipolar if you end up getting diagnosed. Of course, WI still has to go medical and God knows how long that will take...
